Our Client Service Charter
The choice confronting investors when selecting a Financial Services Provider
may be a daunting prospect in itself. But in our experience, few clients tend to
look past the initial advice received for their respected adviser, and what sort
of service they can expect in future months and years from their adviser. Even
if this is the case it is very unlikely that any adviser will provide a
performance standard which individual clients will be able to measure them by.
At Hockney Stevens, we not only value new customers, but we strive to provide an ongoing service to our existing clients which we feel is second to none, and encompassed within our service charter.
The Services we offer
As professional financial adviser we offer a full range of investment and financial planning contracts and are summarised as follows:
Tailored approach to investment planning
Retirement planning including International Pension
Business Protection and Succession planning
Personal Protection Planning
How we apply our standards
Each clients needs and desires are different, we therefore feel it necessary not only to provide bespoke financial planning recommendations to clients, but common sense would dictate that the level of personal services each client would expect from us would be different. Therefore, although operating only broadly the same parameters our Services charter is tailored to suit each individual clien, in the same was as our financial planning recommendations.

Philosophy
Our philosophy is encompassed within our ‘Client Service Charter’ mentioned above. However, principally, Hockney Stevens is designed to provide clients with reliable and efficient services, with great attention paid to individual client needs on an initial and ongoing future basis.
Regulation & Compliance
Licensed by the Isle of Man Government Financial Supervision Commission for the conduct of Investment Business, clients are afforded the knowledge and security which Hockney Stevens Investment Services has achieved through meeting the exacting regulatory and compliance requirements in order to be able to provide advice.
